Quality is the eternal theme of education. China＇ s education Master＇ s Degree plays an important role in improving primary and secondary school teachers＇ organization and has also achieved the satisfactory effect in the education teaching process. The paper probes the value orientation of quality monitoring and the basic strategies of quality improvement for training education masters. The value orientation of quality monitoring includes the students＇ participant as the key, process evaluation as the core, social evaluation as the main body, promoting development for the purpose. The basic strategies of quality improvement is that we should adhere to the unity of monitoring and guiding, points and planes, inheritance and reformation, knowledge and practice.
