摘要
教学评价改革是新课程改革的一项重要内容,改革的目标是改变教学评价过分强调甄别与选拔的功能,发挥评价促进学生发展、教师提高和改进教学实践的功能。基于对初中英语新教材使用中教学评价遭遇困惑的反思,提出应对策略:完善教学评价需要建立教师终身学习机制;澄清教学评价的质量标准与价值取向;消解二元评价体系,实现高考制度与义务教育阶段教学评价的良性联动;完善教材编审制度,提升教学评价能力。
Teaching evaluation reform is an important part in the new curriculum reform, whose purpose is to change the overemphasis on the discriminative and selective function of teaching evaluation, to develop both students and teachers, and improve teaching practice. Based on the reflection on the puzzles from the teaching evaluation in using junior middle school English new teaching materials, this essay suggests that a life-long study system for teachers be established, that the quality standard and value tropism be clearly understood for the perfection of the teaching evaluation, that the dual evaluation be eliminated to ensure a good linkage between the college entrance examinations and the teaching evaluation in compulsory education, and that the teaching material read-and-edit system be perfected to improve the function of teaching evaluation.
