摘要
论述了 X56钢级热连轧卷板试制的结果。该钢采用 Nb- V- Ti微合金化 ,加控轧控冷的生产工艺。通过调整冶炼工艺提高了钢质的纯净度 ,降低了钢中的硫含量 ;采用钙处理改变了硫化物的形态 ;模铸转连铸后 ,减轻了成分偏析 。
The test result of X56 hot tandem rolled strip coil are surveyed.The technologies of Nb V Ti microalloying and controlled rolling and cooling are applied.The purity of steel is improved and the content of sulfide are decreased through adjusting metallurgy technology.Calcium treatment changes the shape of sulfide.After changing from mould casting into continuous casting,the composition segregation decreases and the toughness steel increases.
