摘要
开发了一种富氢原料气中CO选择性氧化脱除催化剂C-846A。该催化剂贵金属用量少,使用空速高(8 500 h-1),在温度不高于133℃的条件下,可将富氢原料气中含0.13%的CO氧化脱除至100×10-6以下。近700 h寿命试验结果表明,催化剂低温活性好,脱除精度高,性能稳定,应用前景广阔。
C-846A catalyst with small amount of noble metal was prepared and its catalytic activity for selective oxidation of CO in HE-rich stream were investigated. The results showed that CO in HE-rich stream was removed from 0. 13vo1% to less than 100 × 10^-6 under the condition of space velocity of 8 500 h^-1 and temperature of not more than 133 ℃. The results of stability test for near 700 h showed that C-846A catalyst possessed high activity and removal efficiency, and good stability, and had wide prospects of commercial application.
