摘要
采用共沉淀法制备三元含铜类水滑石CuNiAl-LDHs、CuMgAl-LDHs和CuZnAl-LDHs,利用X射线衍射和傅立叶红外光谱对催化剂结构进行表征,研究该催化剂体系对苯直接氧化制苯酚反应的催化性能。在反应温度65℃、反应时间6 h、催化剂用量10 mg、溶剂用量15 mL和n(C6H6)∶n(H2O2)=3∶1的条件下,CuNiAl-LDHs具有较高的催化活性,苯转化率达4.1%,苯酚选择性100%,无副产物。
The ternary copper-containing LDHs (CuNiA1-LDHs, CuMgAl-LDHs and CuZnAl-LDHs) were propared by coprecipitation method and characterized by XRD and FT-IR. The catalytic properties of the catalyst system for the direct oxidation of benzene to phenol were investigated. The results showed that CuNiAl-LDHs exhibited the best catalytic activity without the byproduct, and benzene conversion of 4.1% and the selectivity to phenol of 100% were attained under the condition as follows:reaction temperature 65 ℃ ,reaction time 6 h ,catalyst dosage 10 mg, solvent pyridine amount 15 mL,and n( C6H6 ): n( H2O2 ) = 3:1.
