分析镉锭表面质量非常不好控制 ,极易出麻面、夹渣、冷隔、气孔、发黑等表面质量缺陷的原因 ,介绍了改进措施及改进后的效果 ;对遗留问题提出了改进建议。
The paper analysis the reasons why the surface quality of cadmium ingot is very hard to control and surface defects, such as pits, slag inclusion, cold spot, porosity and blacking may easily occur, and describes improvement measures and results after improvement as well as suggestions for solving the problems left over.
