创新型法学实验教学示范中心的探索与实践

Construction of an Innovative Law Experimental Teaching Center

介绍了中山大学国家级法学实验教学示范中心建设单位的建设特色、实践经验、创新探索以及取得成效,并对当前中心的建设现状与存在问题进行分析。提出应在建设创新型法学实验教学示范中心过程中注重突显法学实验教学的鲜明特色、构建"多层次、模块化、开放式"法学实验教学体系、发挥法学实验教学中心的示范作用等。

This paper introduces the construction characteristics,the practical experience,the innovative explorations,and the construction achievement of the Law Experimental Teaching Center of Sun Yat-sen University.At the same time,it points out that the construction of the center should focus on highlighting the characteristics,perfecting the law experimental teaching system and playing an exemplary role,etc.
