“卓越工程师教育培养计划”企业学习阶段培养方案制定的探讨

Development of an Enterprise Training Program for “A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers”

企业学习阶段是卓越工程师教育培养计划实施的关键,如何制定切实可行的企业学习阶段培养方案是参与专业的难点和重点。以北京石油化工学院高分子材料与工程专业企业学习阶段培养方案制定为例,从明确企业学习阶段的主要任务、模块化设计培养计划以及如何以积极主动的态度与企业保持密切联系等方面进行总结,以期为参与高校提供借鉴与参考。我校高分子专业制备方向的企业学习阶段在遵循由浅入深、逐步提高的学习规律下,1年的企业学习主要分为岗前培训模块、企业岗位跟班实习模块、理论深化与拓展模块、企业岗位再实习模块及毕业设计模块,并得到相关企业的认可与支持。表明模块化设计有助于制定具体详细、具有可操作性的培养计划。

Learning in enterprises is the key to the implementation of ＂a plan for educating and training outstanding engineers（PETOE）＂.The development of a feasible enterprise training program is the most important and difficult.Taking the case of the development of the enterprise training program for Polymer Materials and Engineering in Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology（BIPT）,this paper summarized the practice and experience in the development of the enterprise training program,in the hope of providing references for PETOE involved universities.
