摘要
依托科研项目购置的传热强化实验设备,在项目后期,对即将停用的设备进行合理改造,建成传热强化创新实验室,吸纳部分学有余力的本科生参与项目或实验的接续研究,搭建学生实践创新的平台,培养学生的科研兴趣、锻炼科研能力、提高科研素质,是创新型开放实验的有益探索和延伸。本创新实验室建设和运行的实践表明:该方式是高校挖潜降耗、废旧设备再利用的有效措施;此类创新实验室给更多学生提供了培养创新意识、创新思维、创新精神和工程能力的机会;其运行方式和培养模式还需不断探索和完善,找到与传统教育模式的最佳契合点,更好地服务高校的人才培养工作。
Based on heat transfer enhancement(HTE) equipment,rational modification of present equipment is conducted.An innovational lab of HTE is built,absorbing some undergraduates with spare capacity to participate in projects or experiments for further study,creating platforms for practice and innovation,cultivating students' interests in scientific research,enhancing their research capacities and improving their research quality.As useful exploration and extension of innovation and open experiments,this practice is worth of promotion.The construction and operation of this innovational lab shows that it is an effective way to recycle discarded equipment with certain potentials;more undergraduates are provided with opportunities to cultivate their creative,innovative and engineering capabilities,which is a useful complement to current credit system for undergraduates.Our practice conforms to national requirements for undergraduates in strengthening their practical abilities.At the same time,such operation and training modes need to be constantly explored and improved,to connect it with the traditional teaching mode,and to better accomplish personnel training in universities.
