Strengthening of Asset Management in Universities Using “Large Asset” Model

分析了高等学校资产管理存在的问题,介绍了资产生命周期管理的概念,提出了用大资产模式进行管理的理念和方法:以工作流平台和数据流平台结合为前提,以专业化、信息化和精细化管理为手段,以过程的动态监控为管理保障,实现高等学校资产管理过程中的信息畅通、数据共享、沟通及时,从而进一步提升管理水平和管理绩效。

This paper analyzed the current problems of assets management in colleges and universities,described the concept of ＂asset lifecycle management＂,proposed model of ＂large assets＂.The concept is based on the premise of workflow and data stream with the method of specialization,informatization and refinement,using dynamic monitor as management measures to strengthen management,data sharing,and timely communication so as to enhance management and performance.This paper can provide reference for asset management in colleges and universities.
