车床模拟电路中反接制动的设计与实现

摘要 在车床模拟电路的设计、安装和调试过程中,反接制动控制的模拟实现有两个关键问题:一是反接制动电阻的选择与估算;二是反接制动控制核心部件速度继电器的安装调整。电路设计时采用估算的方法确定反接制动电阻的阻值和功率,简单方便。速度继电器安装调整到位,触点动作正常。模拟电路运行良好,学生对反接制动控制功能有了深入全面的理解,教学效果良好。 In the process of design,installation and debugging of the lathe simulation circuit,there are two key problems concerning simulation circuit of reverse braking control.One is the selection and estimation of reverse braking resistance,and the other is the installation and adjustment of the speed relay of the reverse braking control.It is simple and convenient to use estimating method to determine the reverse braking resistance value and power in circuit design.The speed relay installation and adjustment are in place,and its contacts act normally.The simulation circuit works very well.Students have a thorough understanding of the function of reverse braking control.The application of the reverse braking control in teaching achieved very good effect.
