摘要 为研究在不同的焙烧温度和保温时间污泥页岩砖的抗压强度、吸水率和烧成收缩率的变化规律,采用硅钼电阻炉对以页岩和城市污泥为原料制作的砖坯进行焙烧,结果表明:在保温时间相同的情况下随着焙烧温度的不断升高污泥页岩砖的抗压强度逐渐增加,而吸水率在逐渐下降,同时其烧成收缩率在焙烧温度未超过1 000℃时几乎一致,超过1 000℃时会显著增加;在焙烧温度相同而保温时间逐渐增加的情况下,污泥页岩砖的抗压强度先增加,后略有降低,吸水率在逐渐降低,而其烧成收缩率在保温时间未超过2 h时基本不变,超过2 h后会显著增加,因此污泥页岩砖的生产过程中温度的控制是一个重要环节,在焙烧温度980℃~1 000℃和保温时间2 h内时,所得污泥页岩砖性能符合国家《烧结普通砖标准》(GB5101-2003)的要求. The paper studies different calcination temperature and holding time,sewage sludge shale brick compressive strength,water absorption and firing shrinkage regularity. With shale and city sludge as the raw material to make brick,we roast the brick in the silicon molybdenum resistor furnace which can set different calcination temperature and holding time in order to obtain the optimum preparation conditions of sewage sludge shale brick. The experimental results show that, in the sewage sludge shale brick firing process, at the time under the same conditions as the calcination temperature rising sludge shale brick compressive strength gradually increases, and water absorption rate drops gradually, at the same time the firing shrinkage in the roasting temperature does not exceed 1000℃ were almost the same if more than 1000℃ will increase significantly ;at the same time calcination temperature and insulation gradually increased, sewage sludge shale brick compressive strength increases first and then decreases, water absorption rate decreases gradually, and the sintering shrinkage rate in the heat preservation time is not more than 2 hours almost unchanged when more than 2 hours will increase significantly. Therefore sludge shale brick production process temperature control is an important link, the baking temperature control of 980 -1000℃ ,the holding time in 2h,under the conditions of sewage sludge shale brick properties can meet the national standard" fired common brick"( GB5101-2003).
