摘要
随着城市垃圾、污泥、糖厂淤泥、禽粪等的"变废为宝"的重视和发展,作为有机肥的关键设备翻抛机得到普及.通过对翻抛机结构进行分析,根据生产实际情况出发,采用正交设计方法,初步选出相关因素及水平,结合有限元分析,得出合理的、可操作性的方案.这一结论对工程实际应用的机械结构设计具有指导意义.
The structure of windrow turner machine has been analyzed. Based on the specific situations, some related factors and levels have been preliminary selected by using orthogonal design method. And through finite element analysis, a reasonable and operable project has been achieved, which gives references to the mechanical structure design in engineering application.
