广西不同品种橘皮黄酮的含量分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过优化橘皮总黄酮的提取工艺,分析广西产7种不同品种橘皮的黄酮含量,利用单因素和正交实验考察最佳提取条件,用紫外分光光度法测定黄酮含量.结果表明:橘皮黄酮的最佳提取方法为固液比1∶35,70℃时60%乙醇回流提取1 h,在0.01 mg/ml~0.09 mg/ml范围内测定的橘皮黄酮含量与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),且广西产不同品种橘皮黄酮的含量存在差异,其中金桔和大红柑中黄酮含量最高,分别为49.41 mg/g和42.83 mg/g. AIM to optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids in pericarpium citri reticulatae in Guangxi, the flavonoids contents were determined in the samples from seven different kinds of pericarpium citri reticulatae. METHODS The best experimental conditions were optimized through single factor test and orthogonal design test, and the content of flavonoids was determined by UV spectrophotometry. RESULTS The best extraction method of flavonoids in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae was as follows : 60% ethanol reflow at 1 : 35 of liquid ratio, at 70℃ for 1 h. The calibration curve of flavonoids showed good linearity in the range of 0.01~0.09 mg/mL(r=-0.9998), in which the highest content of flavonoids was fortunella margarita of 49.41mg/g,the second-highest content of flavonoids was Citrus Chachiensis Hort of 42.83 mg/g. CONCLUSION Ethanol reflow extraction of the total flavonoids from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae were the ideal extraction conditions, the highest content of flavonoids was fortunella margarita, and Citrus Chachiensis Hort has very important developing value.
