摘要
对大肥蘑菇(Agaricus bitorquis)的营养生理进行研究,结果表明:大肥蘑菇能以多种单糖、双糖、多糖及糖醇作为碳源,其中以果糖、葡萄糖为碳源时菌丝生长最好,且两者之间差异不显著;在供试氮源中,菌丝对无机氮、氨基酸、复合氮都能利用,以蛋白胨最好,牛肉膏次之;微量矿物元素铜、锌及维生素B3、维生素B2对其菌丝生长具有显著的促进作用;激动素、赤霉素对其菌丝体生长具有显著的促进作用。
Fructose and glucose were the most effective among a range of carbon sources, including monosaccharides, disaccharides, polymeric compounds and sugar alcohols, supporting mycelial growth of Agaricus bitorquis. Although the fungus can utilize inorganic nitrogen compounds and various amino acids as nitrogen sources, highest mycelial growth rates were recorded on peptone and beef extract. Copper, zinc, nicotine acid and riboflavin also significantly improved vegetative growth. Of several phytohormones examined, mycelial growth was significantly enhanced by kinetin (KT) and gibberellin (GA3).
