马粪海胆生殖腺多糖的抑菌和抗氧化活性研究

Studies on Anti-bacterial and Anti-oxidation Activity of Crude Polysaccharide from the Gonad of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus

对采自黄海海域的马粪海胆生殖腺粗多糖进行抑菌和抗氧化活性测定,为马粪海胆资源的开发利用提供理论依据。分别采用滤纸片法和化学方法对马粪海胆生殖腺粗多糖的抑菌和抗氧化活性进行研究。实验结果证明,马粪海胆多糖具有明显的抑菌和抗氧化活性。马粪海胆生殖腺粗多糖的抑菌和抗氧化活性显著,具有很好的开发利用价值。

Measured the anti-bacterial and anti-oxidation activity of crude polysaccharide from the gonad of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus in yellow sea.This paper could provide a theoretical basis for the development of the Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus.The anti-bacterial and anti-oxidation activity of crude polysaccharide from the gonad of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus were measured by the filter paper method and the chemical techniques,respectively.It proved that the polysaccharide from the gonad of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus had the anti-bacterial and anti-oxidation activity obviously.Therefore,it is good value to develop and utilizate the rude polysaccharide from gonad of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus.
