摘要 通过紫外线、硫酸二乙酯、亚硝基胍诱变对马腺疫链球菌兽疫亚型(Streptococcus zooepidemicus)诱变处理筛选适合透明质酸生产菌株。对比三种诱变方法对菌种的菌落形态、溶血性和产量表达的影响,结果表明:硫酸二乙酯诱变有利于筛选无溶血性菌株,亚硝基胍对透明质酸产量表达影响大,经过多次诱变筛选出透明质酸产量提高了3.45倍的菌株。 Adopting mutagenesis approaches of ultraviolet-ray,diethyl sulfate and nitrosoguanidine,hyaluronic acid-producing strain is screened.Comparison of colony morphology,hemolytic and output expression,the results show that: diethyl sulfate mutagenesis effectively obtains non-hemolytic strain,nitrosoguanidine mutagenesis mainly effects on output expression of hyaluronic acid and a strain yield increased 3.45 times than the original is obtained.
