摘要
通过单因素试验和正交试验,探讨野生型黑曲霉重组菌株产大豆异黄酮糖苷酶的最佳条件。结果表明:在培养基组分为麸皮4%、玉米芯2%、豆饼粉2%、NH4Cl 2%、KH2PO40.1%,pH为6.0,接种量为10%,培养温度为28℃,72 h的条件下培养可获得较高的产酶活性,可达2.463×1010kat/mL。
The optimal conditions for recombinant of aspergillus niger producing soybean isoflavone-glyco-sidase were determined by the single factor and orthogonal test experiment.The results showed that the medium was composed of 4 % bran,2 % corncob,2 % bean cake powder,2 % NH4Cl,0.1 % KH2PO4.The inoculums was 10 %,pH6.0 and the cultivation period was 72 h at 28 ℃.The activity of Aspergillus niger was 2.463×1010 kat/mL.
