摘要
阐述了油料冷榨的概念、特点及国内外研究现状,并分析了冷榨技术运用于葡萄籽油加工的优势与前景,以期为葡萄籽加工与综合利用提供参考。
This paper gave a review about the concept,characteristics and the research status of cold pressing.It also analyzed the advantages and application prospect in grape seeds oil extraction in order to provide references for grape seeds processing and comprehensive utilization.
