摘要
认识低嘌呤物质,合理摄入低嘌呤食物对痛风病人和普通群体均有重要意义。介绍了嘌呤对痛风病发病机理的影响,列举不同食品中的嘌呤含量,综述了食品中嘌呤物质的检测方法以及目前对低嘌呤食品研究现状,为人们深入认识低嘌呤食品和进一步研发低嘌呤食物提供一些参考。
It is very important not only for the gout patients but also for mass groups to recognize the low purine foods and eat them reasonably.The paper introduces the influence of purine to gout pathogeny,posts purine content in different foods;summarizes the detection methods of purine in foods and current situation about low purine foods,to provide a reference for its in-depth recognition;and further research in production of low purine foods.
