摘要 对神经网络与遗传算法的基本原理、试验点的选取以及数据的预处理进行了简单的阐述,并就其应用的关键因素进行一一说明,最后对其具体应用列举了一个简单的实例,旨在为神经网络与遗传算法在食品工业中的广泛应用提供一定的指导。 To introduced the basic principles of neural network and genetic algorithm,describes the selection of test points and the data preprocessing,in detail explained each key factor involved in its application and provides a simple example in concrete experiment.With all above analysis,the paper aimed to provide some guidance to the wide applications of ANN and GA combination in the food industry.
