Development & Application of Longitudinal ERW Casing

介绍了 ERW石油套管的发展现状及使用情况。通过对我国近年来卷板轧制、管材制造及管加工等技术水平综合分析 ,认为 ,在我国建造 ERW石油套管生产线是必要的、可行的。文章着重介绍了宝鸡石油钢管厂从美国 PMC公司引进的套管接箍生产线的工艺技术装备情况和该厂进行 ERW石油套管的研制开发、质量检测以及在各油田下井试验等方面情况。经过一系列性能指标的检测试验和油田实际应用 ,证明生产的 ERW表层套管、油层套管以及接箍均达到美国石油学会 API标准要求 ,可满足用户相应的技术要求。

This article introduces the development and application status of ERW Casing. Through the comprehensive technical level analysis of China plate rolling,pipe making and pipe processing,it points out the possibility and necessity of establishment of ERW casing production line in China. This article mainly introduces the process technology equipment of casing line imported from PMC,USA by Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe and Tube Works,and the R&D,quality inspection as well as downhole test in oil fields.
