东海小黄鱼耳石形态特征研究 被引量:5

摘要 2010年10月,自温州近海采集到297尾小黄鱼样本,对其耳石外部形态的12个指标进行测量,并对其进行主成分分析。结果表明:可以用耳石周长、耳石面积、耳石重、耳石宽、耳石长、费雷特最小直径、费雷特最大直径来代表耳石的主要外部形态特征。构建了耳石主要形态指标与其体长及纯重的函数关系式,并得出耳石周长、耳石面积等6项形态指标与其体长及纯重之间呈线性关系,生长速度以面积为最大,重量为最小,Fere(tmax)与体长及纯重之间均呈幂函数关系。耳石的形状与鱼体长及纯重的增长的相关性不密切。 According to the 297 Pseudosciaena polyactis samples collected from Wenzhou offshore in Oc- tober 2010. The external of its statolith was measured, and then the measured data was analyzed by the princi- pal component analysis. The result of principal component analysis on 12 morphologic indices showed that sta- tolith area(A), statolith perimeter (P), statolith weight (Ow), statolith width (Wo), statolith length (L,,), Feret (min) (Fmax) and Feret ( max ) (F,~,) could represent the external of P. polyac tis, Statolith. Six most important morpholog- ic indices including P, Wo, Lo, F,,~,,, Ow and A were described by liner function with L and net W. The growing rate of A was fastest, while Ow was slowest. Fmax, was described by power function with L and W. There was little correlation between the shape of statolith and the growth of fish's length and net weight.
