蒙乃尔合金是一种机械性能和加工性能好、耐腐蚀性强的 Ni- Cu合金。在焊接加工时容易产生热裂纹和气孔等缺陷 ,通过对这些缺陷的分析 ,找出了缺陷产生的原因 ,经过焊接工艺试验 ,制订出了合理的焊接工艺参数 ,解决了焊接中的热裂纹和气孔问题。

Monel alloy is the Ni-Cu alloy with good mechanical properties and processing characteristic. It is easy to produce the defects of hot crack and gas pocket. Through the defects analysis to find the effect reason,and after the welding process test,formulate the reasonable welding process parameters to solve the hot crack and gas pocket.
