摘要
针对IMO提出的电子航海战略,较全面地展望了GMDSS系统中的卫星通信系统、地面通信系统、海上安全信息、定位寻位系统等设备的变革趋势,并提出了应对措施,对GMDSS系统的技术研发及教学改革起到了较好地指导性作用.
Based on the electronic navigation strategy proposed by IMO,this article prospects the trends of the GMDSS system of satellite communication system,ground communication system,maritime safety information,position-fixing systems and other equipment comprehensively,and puts forward the countermeasures which play better roles in guiding GMDSS system technology research and development and teaching reform
