摘要
以棉秆为基质、菌丝生长速度为指标筛选5个黄白侧耳(Pleurotus cornucopiae)菌株,确定冀农11为适宜分解棉秆的优势菌株,后以其为供试菌株确定了最优培养基质配方为69%棉秆、20%棉籽皮、10%麸皮、1%石灰。
Mycelial growth rates of five Pleurotus cornucopiae strains were evaluated using 18 mm× 180 mm tubes containing a medium consisting of 89% cotton stalks, 10% cotton seed hulls and 1% lime. Strain Jinongll exhibited the fastest and most vigorous growth, and was selected for cultivation on substrates containing different proportions of cotton stalks. Based on mycelia growth and biotransformation rate (g fresh weight of fruit bodies/g dry weight of substrate × 100%), the optimal substrate formula was 69% cotton stalks, 20% cotton seed hulls, 10% wheat bran and 1% lime.
