摘要
对1株野生赤芝(Ganoderma lucidum)和3株野生无柄紫灵芝(G.mastoporum)经驯化栽培的子实体以及对照栽培菌株赤芝HZ8的子实体分别制备水提物,进行人恶性乳腺癌细胞株MT-1(human breastcancer)和人肝癌细胞HepG2(human hepatoma)两种肿瘤细胞体外抑制试验。结果显示:3株无柄紫灵芝对肿瘤细胞MT-1和HepG2的生长抑制效果优于赤芝,5株灵芝对MT-1细胞的抑制率均高于对HepG2细胞的抑制率,提示MT-1细胞比HepG2细胞对样品功效的敏感程度较高。
The inhibitory effects of aqueous extracts of five Ganoderma strains on the proliferation in vitro of MT-1 (human breast cancer) and HepG2 (human hepatoma) cell lines were evaluated. Fruit bodies of four strains (G. lucidum N12, G. mastoporum strains N132, Nl19 and N85) were collected from the wild, and G. lucidurn (strain HZ8) was a cultivated strain included as a control. Our data showed that inhibition by aqueous extracts of the three G. mastoporum strains was stronger compared with the wild G. lucidum strain. Furthermore, aqueous extracts of all five test strains were more inhibitory to MT-1 cells compared to HepG2 cells.
