在全球政治时代,城市在国际、国家和自身三层动力的驱使下,积极参与国际事务,形成了一种新型的国际交往模式——城市外交。城市外交承担着经济、政治、文化三种职能,与中央政府外交形成"共赢"的局面,具有广阔的发展前景。
Driven by three powers from international, national and city level, the city actively participates in the international affairs in the era of global politics, and forms a new international contacts mode - City diplomacy. City diplomacy bears the three functions of the economy, politics, and culture. Forming a ＂ win- win＂ situation with the central government diplomacy.
