摘要
中小企业的发展壮大离不开资金的支持,而现行法律框架制度下的融资担保方式无法满足其发展资金需求。让与担保制度能有效地弥合典型担保制度的不足,我国应建构单独的让与担保法规来迎合市场经济发展之需要。
The development and growth of the SEM enterprises can＇ t do without the support of funds, and the financing guarantees under the existing legal framework for the system can＇ t meet the needs of its development funds. Transferring guarantee system can effectively make up for the lack of typical security system. China should construct a sole transferring guarantee rules to eater to the needs of the market economy development.
