摘要
介绍改善离子渗氮层浓度梯度的简易方法。在离子渗氮后期安排 0 5~ 1h的辉光扩氮可使渗氮层浓度梯度变平缓 ,白亮层减薄 ,耐磨性提高。
A simple method to improve ion nitriding layer’s nitrogen profile is presented.In the late period of ion nitriding,plasma denitriding for 0.5~1 hours can make the nitriding layer’s nitrogen profile change into flater,the white layer become thiner and the wear resistance is increased.
