张家口社区法治文化建设研究——以张家口市桥西区武城街社区为例

The Study of the Construction of Culture of Rules and Laws in Communities in Zhangjiakou——Taking Wuchengjie Community of Qiaoxi District in Zhangjiakou as an Example

近年来,政府各部门对文化建设高度重视,法治文化建设作为文化建设的重要组成部分,成为我国文化发展的重中之重,因而对法治文化的研究将成为现代社会发展的主题。社区作为社会的一个细胞,其法治文化发展状况更应受到我们的高度重视。因此,以张家口市桥西区武城街社区为例,界定社区法治文化的内涵,分析社区法治文化建设出现的问题,从而提出有效的解决方案。

In recent years, the government departments have attached great importance to the cultural development. As an important part of the cultural construction, the culture of hales and laws has also become a top priority of Chinese cultural development, thus the study concerning the culture of rules and laws is becoming the theme of the modem society. The community is the basic part of the society, thus the cultural development of the community should be paid more attention to. This paper chooses Wueheng, iie Community of Qiaoxi District of Zhangjiakou as an example, to define the community culture of the rule of law, and to analyze the problems emerging in the community cultural construction of the rule of law, so as to come up with effective solutions.
