摘要
在对微电机壳体进行工艺分析的同时 ,提出了一种较为理想的消磁工艺 ,介绍了内翻边简易冲模结构形式与工作原理 ,并对试制中出现的问题提出了相应的改进措施 。
While making a technological analysis on the micro motor shells, a relative ideal discharging technology was put forward. The structure type and working principle of the low_cost, internal flanging die was introduced. The corresponding improving measures to the problems occurred in the trial manufacture were put forward.
