摘要
针对金工车间工艺平面布置的复杂性、随机性强的突出问题 ,提出了一种新的车间布置算法、数学模型 ,用矩阵来描述其布置和设计 ,解决了工艺平面布置决策支持系统 (DSS)中信息描述困难这一关键问题。考虑了各企业实际情况的差异、成长性、满足制造业全球化等因素 ,构思了在DSS中建立企业自身状况相关数据库结构 ,强调人机协调和动态管理决策时 ,输入本企业当前数据 ,使决策更切合企业实际 ,而不会形成某一固定的模式 ,从而避免投资浪费和风险。该系统 (DSS)为制造企业技术改造投资 ,工艺平面布置设计和决策提供了有力的帮助。
According to the problem about random、complexity of the machine shop technolgical plan layout.This paper put forward a new algorithm of teconological plan layout. The plan layout model is built. It has solved a key problem about information description. The machine shop technological plan layout Decision Support System (DSS) has taken into consideration some factors,such as the actual situation,growing up,global manufacturing of enterprises.It has built data base structure about enterprises themselves. It demands to input current data of the enterprise in the course of decisin.The decision is fit for actual circumstances and will not form a fixed model and avoids investing risk and wastes.The DSS provides a new powerful support for the decision of enterprises.
