人力资源管理是电力企业发展和管理的核心环节之一。通过信息化手段实施人力资源管理,可以有效提升电力企业生产运行的效率和效益。天津市电力公司按照国家电网公司统一安排,推进国家电网公司SG-ERP人资管理系统一期建设,顺利完成系统的部署和实施工作,取得阶段性成果。天津市电力公司SG-ERP人资管理系统一期建设完成后,进一步扩大了信息技术支撑企业人资管理力度,促进人资管理集约化向更深层次发展。
Human resource management is a key point of development and management for the Electric Power Corporation. Information technology, as means to accomplish human resource management, can promote effectively benefit and efficiency for the power corporation operation. Tianjin Electric Power Company, according to the arrangement of SGCC, boosts and finishes the first phase of the construction of the SG-ERP human resource management framework, as well as its deployment and application. After its first step finished, the SG-ERP human resource management framework further improves the ability of the information-based human resources management, and brings the human resources intensification to a deeper development.
