摘要 在开发信息通信状态检修系统的过程中,对状态评价体系的设计方案提出了评价模型的设计思路,描述了评价细则制定的类型、方法和意义,实现了对信息通信设备进行监测预警、状态诊断、状态评价、预测评估、风险评价等功能,并且能够进一步制定相应的检修策略。信息通信状态检修系统目前已经上线运行,对忻州供电公司的信息通信设备进行了多次评价,运行情况良好。 During the process of developing information and communication condition maintenance system, the article proposes the design idea of the evaluation model for the state evaluation system design program, describes the type, method, and significance of the evaluation rules, realizes the functions which proceeds the monitoring warning, condition diagnosis, status evaluation, assessing predictions, risk assessment for the communication equipments, and can further generate corresponding maintenance strategy. Information and communication condition maintenance system has been running on line, the equipment for Xinzhou Power Supply Company has assessed many times, and the results show that running condition is good.
