Construction and Application of Intelligent Terminal Mobile Charging System for Rural Areas

偏远山区由于交通不便、客户居住分散等原因,交费难问题一直困扰着供电企业。随着信息技术的发展,利用无线通信技术、智能终端嵌入式开发技术和银联移动POS等技术,都匀供电局组织研发并建设了一套农村智能终端移动收费信息系统,为客户提供现场抄收服务。文章介绍了该系统的网络结构、系统架构和主要功能。该系统投入应用后有效地解决了偏远山区客户交费难的问题,具有较高的应用及推广价值。

In the rural areas, the problem that it is difficult for customers to pay electricity fee due to inconvenient traffic and their living dispersedly has puzzled power supply enterprises. With the development of information technology, Duyun Power Supply Bureau has organized to develop and construct a set of charging information system of rural mobile intelligent terminal through wireless communication technology, intelligent terminal embedded development technology as well as Union Pay mobile POS technology, provide customers with field recording and charging service. The paper introduces mainly the network structure, the system structure and the main function of this system. Since the system was put into application, it effectively solves above-cited problem and it has higher value of application and spread.
