跨域容灾调度一体化支持系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Integrated Support System for the Cross-domain Disaster Recovery Scheduling

构建网省间一体化的跨域容灾调度技术支持系统是为了预防重大事故、自然灾害等突发事件时,保证电力调度指挥的不间断,提高电网抗灾应急能力,提升电力调度自动化水平的重要技术手段。文章基于西北网调、甘肃省调上下级电网调度实际情况,实现调度数据、图形、模型、断面和参数等电网综合信息在网调与省调之间的同步。通过智能网关技术实现网调与省调间、省调相互之间电网信息远程智能访问,构建集成消息总线和服务总线跨层次、融合多应用的立体信息交互支持结构。通过建立一体化支持平台,实现网省间电网跨域容灾调度等技术。

To build an integrated cross-domain disaster recovery scheduling support system is an important technical method to ensure power dispatching continuous,enhance the grid disaster recovery capacity,improve the power dispatching automation level even in the appearance of serious emergencies and natural disasters.Taking the situations of the northwest power dispatching system and Gansu power dispatching system,this paper designs an integrated cross-domain disaster recovery scheduling support system,which synchronizes the grid integrated information including dispatching data,figure,model,section and parameter from the abovementioned two-level power dispatching system.Further,application of the intelligent gateway technology makes remote accesses between different level＇s provincial dispatching systems enable,and a multi-dimensional information exchange supporting structure integrating the message bus with the service bus is constructed.
