摘要 国家电网公司于2011年完成集中式、两地三中心架构的灾备中心建设,实现数据级灾备功能,即对公司各类数据的异地实时保护,当生产中心发生灾难后,被保护数据能按要求恢复使用。信息系统灾难恢复能力从无到有,提升了公司防灾抗灾与应急响应水平。随着数据级灾备系统的投运,灾备中心的管理工作内容需从建设管理向运维管理过渡。文章通过分析国家电网公司灾备中心建设现状,从灾备中心运维组织架构、运维管理制度体系、安全管理制度体系、支撑运维技术体系4个方面介绍了集中式信息系统灾备中心运维体系设计与实现。 State Grid has completed the construction of a disaster recovery center with the centralized two-provinces and three central cities architecture until 2011. The constructed disaster recovery center has achieved the goal of data-level disaster recovery, which provides off-site and real-time protection for company’s various types of data. Once a disaster comes to the production center, the protected data can be restored according to real requirements. The appearance of the disaster recovery center improves the level of disaster prevention and emergency response. With the establishment of the data-level disaster recovery center, the main tasks have been smoothly transferred from the construction management to the operation and maintenance management. This paper analyzes the situations of the disaster recovery center construction, and focuses on describing the design and implementation of an operation and maintenance system for the centralized information system disaster recovery center from four aspects of organization structure, operation and maintenance management system, security management system and technology supporting system.
