摘要
为深化大型集团企业管控一体化模式下的专业化管理,通过分析管理需求、调研信息化现状,明确了信息化建设范围,论证了云计算、SOA等技术对工程服务平台信息化建设的适用性,制定了企业私有云平台建设的阶段模型、运营模式,并对系统架构进行了设计。文章对大型集团公司在专业化管控模式下的信息化建设具有很好的参考价值。
To deepen the professionalization management under the integrated management and control mode for large groups, this paper analyzes management requirements and informatization situations, determines the informatization construction scopes, discusses the applicability of application of cloud computing and SOA to the informatization construction of the engineering service platform, designs system architecture, stage models and operation modes of enterprises private cloud platform. The construction idea provides a good reference for other enterprises’ informatization construction under the professional management and control mode.
