摘要
结合生产实际,分析了模具结构(金属流程、分流孔形状、焊合室高度、工作带长度等)对挤压力的影响,找出了原因,提出了一些改进措施。
Based on practice, how the extrusion force is affected by the die structure which include the flowing distance of metal, the shape of dividing hole, the height of welding room, the length of working surface, ect, is analysed. Some causes and treatments are offered.
