摘要
本文针对零件与加工机床成组的问题,以机床最大利用率为目标,基于遗传算法(GA)对零件进行聚类划分制造单元。采用BP神经网络建立了零件加工用机床和制造单元的成组模型。然后,采用遗传算法对一批零件进行聚类,利用BP网络成组模型对新零件与制造单元的成组进行了分析,实现了零件和制造单元的匹配,验证了该方法的可行性,对零件和机床的成组有重要意义。
Duing to problems of part and machine grouping, in order to acquire the maximum utilization of machine, this paper aims to divide the machine unit into several parts based on GA, and establish the grouping model of parts and machine by using BP neutral network.Then, a set of parts were divided by using GA, and the group of a new part and machine units was analyzed with BP grouping model, which realizes the matching of part and machine units and verifies the probability of this method.
