企业年金管理工作中的思考

Thoughts about the Enterprise Annuity Management Situation

企业年金作为三大支柱养老保障体系中的第二大支柱,是基本养老保险的重要补充。它的发展关系到整个国家经济的健康发展,也关系到人们退休后的生活水平及社会的和谐稳定。企业年金的建立有利于增强企业凝聚力和竞争力,有利于增进企业员工的忠诚行为,有利于维护职工利益和降低管理成本,已越来越为人们所关注。笔者通过十几年来企业年金管理工作的实践和经验,试提出铁路企业年金管理工作中的一些思考和建议。

As one of the three pillars of the old-age security system,enterprise annuity is an important supplement of the basic endowment insurance.The development of it relates to the healthy development of the national economy,and also relates to people retired life level and social harmony and stability.The establishment of the enterprise annuity can strengthen enterprise cohesion and competitiveness,enhance enterprise staff＇s loyalty behavior,and maintain the interests and reduce the management cost.In this paper,based on more than ten years enterprise annuity management practice and experience,the author tries to offer railway enterprise annuity management work in some thoughts and suggestions.
