近年来中国图书市场竞争日益激烈,众多的出版社面临着生存与发展的挑战。在新的形势下,如何培育和提升地方出版社的核心竞争力是每个地方出版人密切关注的一个问题。出版社的核心竞争力是由出版社调动和运用各方面资源而产生的战略优势和潜能,涉及到出版社管理的各个方面。因此,出版社核心竞争力的培育是一项长期的系统工程。地方出版人要在实践中不断努力并逐步形成核心竞争力,从而提高地方出版社的市场竞争力。本文从转变观念、打造品牌、树立企业形象、重视管理创新、建设高效率的人力资源体系以及加强市场营销等方面深入探讨如何提高地方出版社核心竞争力,从而使其在市场竞争中处于优势。
The core competence of a publishing house lies in its advantages and potentiality in mobilizing and using the resources,which relates to every aspect of the management of publishing house.It is a long-term systems engineering in cultivating the publishing house's core competence.The local publisher should cultivate the core competence in practice,and then improve the local publishing house's market competitiveness.This paper discusses on the methods to improve the local publishing house's core competence which includes changing the ideas,building the brand,innovating management,constructing the efficient human resource system and strengthening marketing.
