摘要
R&D人员及经费的投入对国家科技创新和经济发展起着重要的作用,本文基于此结合R&D人员和经费投入的研究及国际比较,通过结合增长上限基模分析了制约我国R&D人员及经费投入的制约因素,并结合管理学等知识,提出相应的管理对策,以期为我国R&D研发工作提供参考。
At present,the R＆D human and fee expenditure has played an important role in the scientific andtechnological innovation and the economic growth. In the view of this situation, we analyze the limiting factor of the R＆D human and fee expenditure by combining with the research and the international comparison of the R＆D human and fee expenditure and the growth limit base model. Also, we advance appropriate management measures which expected to furnish the research and development work with a reference decision.
