摘要
众所周知,人力资源是企业最宝贵的财富,是企业利润的创造者、维护者和推动者。众多研究成果表明,企业人力资源已成为企业核心竞争优势的重要源泉。本文探讨了现代企业人力资源管理的概念、内涵和特点,通过实例,运用管理运筹学中的线性规划模型对企业人力资源分配和管理问题进行了科学计算和计算机模拟仿真。其结果表明了该模型的有效性、可靠性和实用性,为企业人力资源管理提供了一种新的科学计算方法。因此,本文的研究具有较强的应用价值。
As we all know,human resource is most valuable wealth of the enterprise,which is creator of profit as well as the defender and agent.According to many researches,human resource has become one of the most importance resources of enterprises' core advantages.In this paper,we study about the notions 、connotations and characteristics of human resource.Through the examples,we can well solve the problem that about the management of human resource by the model of linear programming on Managerial Operations Research,which make the scientific calculations and computer simulations.As the computer results,we can know that this model is available,which can become a new scientific method for management of human resource for the companies.So,it is the valuable about our research.
