摘要
为实现电网故障诊断中完备信息的获取与利用,提出了应用于电网故障诊断的统一信息模型。给出了统一信息模型的结构,在实现中,通过IEC61970的扩展CIM对一次系统元件参数及拓扑进行描述,通过IEC61850对二次系统信息进行建模,通过OWL对两者进行协调统一建模。所提方法能够有效地解决电网故障诊断中的信息完备化和标准化问题,使电网故障诊断系统更加实用化。
In order to obtain and use the incomplete information in the power grid fault diagnosis, a unified information model is proposed in this paper. The structure of the model is given, the extended CIM of IEC61970 is employed to describe the primary component topology and component parameters, and IEC61850 is employed to describe the secondary system. Further, the two models are harmonized by OWL. The proposed model can solve the information integrity and standardization issues of fault diagnosis, and make fault diagnosis system practical.
