This paper designs a solution of performance management information system for power generation enterprise operation, which combines the latest research findings of operation management theory with advanced information technologies, takes real-time indexes of equipment operation and fine-grained operation management as assessment bases, and draws assessment conclusions by trading off economy and security. The proposed solution applies operation specification with unified standard and oriented responsibility to restrict work behavior, automated processes data through information technologies, and makes the total business process fair, just and open. It is helpful for power generation enterprises to improve the production management level and ensure a sustained and sound development.
