采用角正交回归试验法研究PCBN立铣刀精密铣削Cr1 2MoV等淬火钢材料时切削用量对刀具寿命的影响 ,给出了PCBN刀具铣削淬火钢时切削用量及刀具磨钝标准的选用原则和范围。

Based on the angle orthogonal test,the relationship between tool life and cutting parameters is investigated during precisely milling hardened steel(such as Cr12MoV)with PCBN end milling cutters.The principle and range for choosing cutting parameters and tool blunt criterion are recommended.
