Application of the Aid Decision System to Primary Power Supply Companies of Large Enterprises

辽宁省电力有限公司为充分利用现有资源,进一步提高信息的综合利用率、全面提高信息应用水平,针对基层供电公司决策层、管理层决策工作提供信息化支持,进行了《基层供电公司辅助决策系统》建设。通过在全省范围内的应用,有效提高了基层供电公司信息利用率,提高了主营业务核心指标统计分析水平,很好地满足了基层供电公司精细化管理所需的信息化辅助决策支持需求。

To make full use of the existing resources, to improve the comprehensive utilization ratio, to fully enhance the informatization level and to provide informatization support for decision making, this paper studies the aided decision system construction for primary power supply companies. The results of application in Liaoning province show that the system can improve the information utilization ratio, enhance the statistical analysis level of core indexes, and meet the aided decision making needs of the lean management for primary power supply companies.
