摘要
针对电网运行人员不能及时发现并且通知电厂解决电压控制不合格的现状,提出构建发电厂自动电压控制分析评估系统。文章介绍了该系统的硬件结构、功能和软件流程。该系统不仅可作为加强电厂电压监控运行和评估的重要手段,使电厂值班人员能及时掌控电压调控情况,而且还可作为电网运行人员的分析工具,制订更有效的AVC控制策略。
Due to the situations that grid operators can not find invalid voltage control and notify power plants in time, this paper puts forward an analysis and assessment system for power plant’s automatic voltage control. The hardware structure, functions and software processes of the system are described. For operators of power plants, the system can not only provide a way to monitor voltage and know the voltage control information in time, but also be served as an analysis tool to determine more effective AVC control policies.
